Think like a fit person!
If you want to be fit, you have to think like a fit person.  A fit person does not think of bagging their workout because they have a nail appointment, has their monthly period or a get together with fellow workers at the corner bar.  If you want to be fit you have to be serious about getting fit! Now, Im not saying you have to be a fitness geek. I am saying is that if you are not getting any results from your workouts , maybe it's because you are not serious about it yet.  Here's how you know you are are serious. You have a specific goal ( weight loss, toned arms, lower body fat , etc)  a goal date ( before summer , for a wedding , etc.) and  specific workout plan. Now get serious and make a plan. Start today
