Do u feel like Zumba is a struggle to follow. Well, u know how I always talk about muscle memory? Try this at home,lower ur bed. Change ur favorite sitting chair for something higher or lower. Move ur dishes /cups to a higher shelf. See how u have to adjust how you sit , reach or lower yourself to bed. This is muscle memory (or senility). Zumba is the same thing. The more u do it, the more u will bank that memory. Practice makes permanent!
